Great experience. Awesome scenery plastered on the walls made the taste of the food get enhanced. I ordered the ghost pepper nuggets and then got the frozen custard and it was delightful and I enjoyed everything I ate. Also the servers were especially kind and swift. James was so attentive and helpful! He helped me with food recommendations and cleaned our table as we finished our food. Another worker saw I had my hands full and helped me carry a high chair, which really stood out to me! The food was excellent and quick. I especially enjoyed all the sauce options. We will definitely be back!
I went to Super Chix for the first time. I was pleasantly surprised by the menu choices, cleanliness of the restaurant, and James was very courteous. I had the Asian grilled chicken salad; very good and loved the dressing. I will definitely be going back.
Excellent chicken place. Never been before and really enjoyed it. Wide variety of chicken items grilled and friend - sandwiches, tenders, salads etc. Shakes and flurries as well. Staff is super friendly and nice atmosphere. Went after church on a Sunday and was packed. Great place overall - recommend.
The whole place was INTENTIONAL! I love how everyone working there cared and initiated their service to my family and I. This happened every 5 minutes or less. I have never been to a fancy restaurant but this was better than many if not all sit down restaurants(and fast food restaurants) I have been to. The manager was an amazing leader! He asked my family of 7 to make room for other customers respectfully when we were ordering. He wasn’t at all mean about it, he just wanted the flow of his store to happen. When we first walked in a man working there opened it for us before he entered it. Not just that but I noticed he seemed glad doing it. One more thing, there was a mess up with our order, however, immediately the people took care of it with personal attention from the manager. The order was fixed and given to us in less than five minutes. Also, knowing that we were visiting from Missouri to Tennessee, the manager freely gave us samples of their custard! Wow! It was great. The chicken was also the best I have ever had. No joke or drama there.
The yellow detail and powerful music give a feel like never before! the chicken is crispy, the soda is fizzy, and the fries are so flavorful! it’s everything you could ever ask for all in one place. My personal favorite is the kids meal. it brings me joy every time! they have weekly ice cream flavors to soothe you in your hottest days. And it’s not your regular fast melting ice cream you get at the store. this is top-tier and one of the stretchiest things you’ll ever put in your mouth. I totally recommend this please 10/10!!!!
We stop here every visit to the in-laws. If you’re a sauce queen like my wife this is a must stop. My wife can dip and dip and dip to her hearts content. Dip tenders, yup. Dip fries, yup. Did her straw in and take a drink, maybe? Food is always hot and fresh. Salads are big portions too. Another note, the service is ALWAYS on point. Very personable but not too nosey. Will be back.
Did you know you can order the gouda-stuffed avocado as a side? Oh my, highly recommend! The grilled chicken Asian salad was also delicious!! Great staff, very friendly and helpful.
Food was amazing! Came out fast and super hot. Both temperature and the Nashville hot was spicy! Also got the loaded fries and fries pickles—Yum! The salad was a little lacking but not terrible.
I stopped at Super Chix in Farragut and it did not disappoint. I had the sliders with hand cut fries seasoned in rosemary salt. The fries were hot, fresh, and piled high. I ordered a regular and it honestly looked more like a large with how full the bag was. The sliders were served on Hawaiian rolls and they were delicious. The pickle they add is the perfect touch and really brings it all together. The atmosphere was great too. I loved the table design and the oak wood on the walls. Even though it was busy, the place was clean and well kept. We would definitely come back again.
